Wallacea Coffee was founded in May 2018 by one of the biggest Indonesian Green-Bean Coffee producers and exporters. The company called PT Jaffarindo International has been in the coffee industry for 24 years. It is headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia.

After servings over hundreds of thousands of customers around the globe and through a decade of experience in the industry. We realized that not all coffee lovers can really enjoy the greatest of morning wake up call & excitement from a single cup of liquid fuels to their body without some negative effects. Fast-forward, the medical expert identified the causes and started to call it the caffeine intolerance individuals, while on the other hand, the big corporations are competing to resolve the issues to take a chance in maximizing their profit with the creation of decaffeinated coffee.

Now, One person can drink a triple-shot espresso without getting the jitters. Others experience insomnia hours after drinking a small glass of coffee. However, the idea of drinking decaffeinated coffee not only established the phenomenon of a consumer that lost sight of the true purpose of coffee. Because of the unroasted coffee beans are either soaked or steamed and a mix of water or other chemical like activated charcoal liquid carbon dioxide, ethyl, acetate, and methylene chloride are used to extract the caffeine. The health concern is linked to this colorless liquid that is used in industrial products like paint and adhesives pesticide products.

Kopi Luwak is not a type of coffee, but rather a method of production. The production consists of partially digested coffee cherries, which have been eaten and defecated by the Asian palm civet. This coffee is perfect for a person who has a sensitive stomach or caffeine intolerance. This process drives the natural enzymes in the civet’s intestines to make the beans less acidic and remove some caffeine from the coffee beans. Yet Certified kopi luwak has more malic acid, citric acid and it is full of inositol, which helps the body in numerous ways than any other type of coffee tested.
