GREEN COFFEE BEANS: PURCHASING GUIDELINES

First, please complete the Inquiry Form or use our BYOC tool (Build Your Own Container) for accurate quotes. Once we receive your inquiry, we will provide you a quote based on your information. This normally will take 24-48 business hours.

Please wait 24-48 hours, once we quote you based on your inquiry, the price is only valid for 7 Business days. You have 7 business days to wire transfer the 70% deposit of the total amount. (Red Clause Letter Of Credit) or Wire Transfer.

Please give us 3-7 Business days to prepare your order. After that, you’ll receive an email confirmation for the estimated time of shipment.The email will include, the Original Bill of Lading, Picture of the product, Phytosanitary Certificate from Indonesian Government and Video.

Once your order is ready to be shipped, the rest of the amount must be paid in full within 10 Business Days on your account. Otherwise we will not release your container to the destination. There will be 5% late-fee if you exceed the 10 Business days.

Lastly, when the payment is paid in full, we will send you the original document of Bill Of Lading Via DHL with a tracking number included in the email or express release via TELEX release.
