  • What is an acceptable payment term for bulk green coffee orders?
    We offer flexible payment terms which can be discussed on a case-by-case basis. We accept a wide range of payment terms, including wire transfers, Letter Of Credit payments, and custom payment terms.
  • What is the possibility of mixing the container with various types of green coffee beans?
    Yes, with our BYOC (Build Your Own Container) system. You can choose up to 5 green coffee varieties (Gayo Sumatra, Mandheling Sumatra, Lintong Sumatra, Ijen Mountain arabica, and Java Estate robusta) in one-time shipping by container.
  • Do we provide samples of green coffee beans to purchase?
    We are completely aware most roasters need samples for cupping purposes. There will be 700 grams samples of our green coffee beans that you can purchase on the product page. You can simply click on the ‘Buy a sample’ button available.
  • What is our claim policy?
    Wallacea Coffee provides a claim policy to protect you from further loss caused by defective green coffee beans. If you spot defective green coffee beans purchased from us, visit our claim policy page and check your eligibility. Once you’re eligible for this program, we’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
  • Do we provide certificates of authenticity?
    Before being exported to your locations, we provide all necessary documentation to clear your custom to the destination. This includes COO (Certificate of Origin), COA (Certificate of Analysis), ICO (International Coffee Organization), and phytosanitary certificate.
  • Do we do custom packaging?
    Yes, we offer safety-packaging options based on international coffee distribution standards. We refuse to utilize any kind of unsafe packaging that puts green coffee beans at risk during the shipping process. Instead, we utilize export-safe packaging like Grainpro bags and jute bags to protect the quality of our green coffee beans.
  • Can you assist with importing green coffee beans to the United States?
    Yes, absolutely. We hold proven experiences for decades in importing green coffee beans to the United States. Our expert team helps you with the logistics of your raw coffee beans export-import regulations. These include country-specific procedures, local regulations, and other export-import compliance requirements.
  • Do we provide all necessary documentation to clear your custom?
    Yes, absolutely. We’re committed to fully assisting you to clear all export-import compliances. Once the payment process has been finalized, we provide you with the COO (Certificate of Origin), commercial invoice, inspection certificate (phytosanitary certificate), and other necessary documents.
  • How long will it take for my green coffee beans order to arrive?
    An important thing to note, the estimated shipping time will depend on the size of your order and your location. Our team will work with you to ensure that you receive your green coffee beans as quickly as possible. Typically it takes 22 - 45 business days. Depending on the destination country.
  • What if my green coffee beans order is damaged during shipping?

    All of our green coffee beans are single-origin, meaning that we sourced them only from the place of origin. Our Gayo Sumatra, Mandheling Sumatra, and Lintong Sumatra green coffee beans are locally grown in a heritage coffee farming located on Sumatra Island. Other than that, our Java green coffee bean varieties, Ijen Mountain arabica and Java Estate robusta, are locally grown on the Java Island of Indonesia.
