CLAIM POLICY FOR GREEN COFFEE BEANS

At Wallacea Coffee, we are committed to providing high-quality coffee products to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our claim policy for the green coffee beans shipped by container is designed to help you resolve any issues you may have with your product in a timely and efficient manner.

Eligibility:

  • This claim policy applies to all green coffee beans purchased by container.
  • Claims must be submitted within 15 days of the date of container arrival at the destination port.

Procedure: 

  1. Contact Customer Service: If you have an issue with your product, please contact our customer service team at support@wallaceacoffee.com. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue.
  2. Defective Products: If you received a damaged green coffee beans, we will replace it with a new one at no cost to you. (Proof of picture upon arrival, we can categorize damaged green coffee beans by damage classification in this link).
  3. We’re entirely aware that green coffee beans are a precious cargo of costly-commodity. For mutual convenience, it is mandatory for you to apply CIF (Cost Insurance and Freight) agreement as the contract to guarantee the quality of our green coffee beans during enroute to your locations. There will be an insurance company that covers any damage during transit.
  4. Limitation of Liability: Wallacea Coffee’s liability is limited to the replacement of the defective product or a full refund.

HOW TO CLAIM COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGED GREEN COFFEE BEANS?

Under CIF (Cost Insurance and Freight) agreement, all unpredictable green coffee beans damages caused by the dispatch are covered by your freight insurance. We’ll provide you the insurance or certificate under the CIF incoterm policy. In case undesirable damages impact the green coffee beans during transit, claiming compensation for your loss is completely possible. All you need is to provide the documents needed for the claims and file your claim to the insurance company. We’ll wholeheartedly assist you with the process.

On the other hand, if green coffee beans damage is caused by our party, we’ll arrange a replacement program for future shipment. Due to financial safety reasons, any kind of unreported green coffee beans damaged for more than 15 days is no longer eligible for this program. For this reason, please thoroughly examine the quality of the green coffee beans once you receive the order.
